Aria (SAC) Ltd. was incorporated in Bermuda in 2002 and was subsequently registered under The Segregated Accounts Companies Act 2000. It is wholly owned by Symphony Management Ltd an independent insurance management company incorporated in Bermuda.
Aria (SAC) Ltd. is a licensed property and casualty company and segregated accounts rent-a-captive facility. It can offer a captive insurance facility to programs too small to justify their own captive. It can also house larger programs to avoid the time and cost of setting up and running your own captive. Aria (SAC) Ltd. currently accepts business from existing participants and is open to both U.S and non-U.S. business from new participants.
also operated another segregated accounts company, IECD (SAC) Ltd. In 2021, IECD was combined with its sister company, Aria (SAC) Ltd. via a merger. The combined entity is known as Aria (SAC) Ltd. going forward.
